At D F Flues we offer a total design and sizing package to suit all boiler installations. With todays boilers it is important to ensure the flue sizing is correct and the correct draughts and back pressures are acheived. A correctly sized flue system can increase the efficiency of a boiler system and in turn reduce fuel and running costs. It can also extend the life of the boiler due to expelling the gases properly and maintaining a cleaner burn and cleaner flueing route.

Flue and chimney design are often overlooked and may end up causing problems at later stages of installation due to lack of room or direct route for the size of flue system required. In many instances it may be practical to join boilers together with the use of a 'common header', and having one single flue may be requried therefore taking up more room.

All these factors can be easily remedied with forward planning and design at an early stage. We offer the design service complete with full working drawings, complete installation and testing where necessary.
